Lauren and Markie

Lauren Ash Morgan, born in 1981 and has been a part of SSC's Board of Directors since the year 2011 she was one of the original co-artistic directors of Speech of Fire. In addition to serving as the SSC's Artistic Director, Lauren Ash-Morgan was also in the roles of producer costume/set designers composer/music directors as well as text coaches. For her last year, she was a director of lighting and design for the production of SSC's King Lear. She had been the director of the ensemble but in this last year made her directorial debut.
